I only take the time to do a review if I have an extraordinarily good or bad experience. With Crown it was the former. Eyal and his Dad, Jacob, were a pleasure to deal with, as was Lisa, who runs the office weekdays. The repair work was done impeccably. They even detailed my car, right down to Armor All on the tires and even adjusted my tires air pressure. Bottom line: Get There!

Have gone with Crown Coachworks and Eyal since 2015. Insurance companies can’t tell you which body shop to use, so choose what you want. For us that’s Crown. Our Red 2010 Prius looks new after like five accidents. For The Barcelona Red Prius paint, Toyota used a triple-coat paint. Looks shiny and glossy when new. Crown matches that paint exactly. We love that! Can never see a difference. Eyal and the family feel trustworthy for all matters dealing with insurance. They keep relationships with adjusters and I feel like they advocate for us to make sure we get anything needed covered. They take care of little things, too, like polishing headlamps and fixing underbody panels. Recommended and the only shop we use.
